- Secure checkout — payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Shipping
Please review the delivery times, charges and return window below and adjust them to match how you actually operate before sharing this page widely.
- Delivery time — 3 to 5 working days nationwide.
- Dispatch — orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day.
- Cash on Delivery — available across Pakistan.
- Tracking — you'll receive a tracking number by SMS or email once your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
- You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange or return.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Exchanges for a different size are free — we cover return shipping.
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving the item back.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange only.
How to start a return
Message us with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange pickup and confirm your exchange or refund within 24 hours.
